A few months ago my boss told me that we were going to have a company wide picnic. We aren’t a huge company but their are plenty of people that I haven’t met before. My boss wanted everyone to feel welcome and at ease. I suggested that we use name tags. I told him that we could get a great deal on name tags. He loved my idea and got the budget item approved. The employees and the families enjoyed having the name tags at the picnic.
